Customized 1/4, 1/2, or Whole Cow
1) Contact Information Form
Fill out the following contact information and make sure to include the amount of beef you want, either a quarter, a half, or a whole cow in the message.
2) Pay Deposit
The deposit for a quarter or a half is $250 and the deposit for a whole cow is $500. The deposit can be paid one of three ways, 1) cash in person at the Parkville Farmer's Market, (PFM), 2) credit card at the PFM, or 3) sending a check to:

3) Cut Sheet
The meat locker will contact you to fill out your cut sheet with your customized selections.

4) Final Payment
Living Dirt Ranch will send you an invoice with your final payment due calculated according to your cow's hanging weight. Final payment MUST be received prior to picking up your beef.
The final payment can be paid one of three ways, 1) cash in person at the Parkville Farmer's Market, (PFM), 2) credit card at the PFM, or 3) sending a check to:

5) Pick Up Your Beef
The meat locker will contact you once your beef is ready for pickup.
