Our Story

 

Welcome to Living Dirt Ranch! We are excited to introduce you to the world of grass-finished beef or welcome you back- either way we are glad you are here. 

 

We want our beef to promote a lifestyle, not just a product. Therefore, our cows have a high quality of life. Our cows are bred from Red Angus, Barzona, Hereford and South Poll. The current herd is thirty-five head and growing. Our cows roam over a hundred acres of rolling grassland and woodland. They spend their entire lives at Living Dirt Ranch until they are ready to be processed, where they take a ten-minute ride to Paradise Meat Locker. Because of this lifestyle, our beef qualifies as a Step 5+, the highest level under the Whole Foods Animal Welfare rating.
